Interior design for better hospitals

Rosan Bosch Studio has developed a design concept aimed at optimizing the working environment at the Heart Center of Copenhagen University Hospital.

The objective is to ensure a more efficient utilization of the centers limited space and provide employees with better working conditions on a daily basis. The custom designed furniture and interior elements create differentiated space for meetings, briefings and concentrated work. Transparent and systematic storage options give the staff a fast and accurate overview of the Harts Centers hectic schedule.

The design proposal is developed as a prototype with the potential og being implemented at other sections of the hospital. Rosan Bosch Studio is involved in a similar project to improve the physical environment in the patient’s common area at the Heart Center.

The first part of the design project will be fully implemented by the end of December 2012.
