Help us champion a different kind of education!

The Garzón School in Uruguay has been selected as a finalist in the prestigious Architizer A+Awards in the Architecture + Learning category – one of only five projects competing for the Popular Choice Award worldwide.

Voting is open from 4 to 15 May – just 11 days to make your voice heard.

The Garzón School is not simply a school. It is a living, breathing learning environment where nature is not merely a supplement to learning, but the classroom itself. Students learn beside a lake, through meadows, and within a thoughtfully designed "village" of wooden buildings made with locally sourced, sustainable materials. Each space has been carefully shaped to support different ways of learning, giving every student a sense of wellbeing, belonging, and agency in their own educational journey.

Voting is quick and easy – simply register on the Architizer website, or log in if you already have an account. It only takes a moment, and it makes a real difference.
